Nelson La Rochelle is run by a chartered accountant and procurement professional with a blue-chip background and significant first-hand experience of commerce.
Professionalism
Philip Morris FCA MCIPS qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG, London.
He subsequently spent several years working as a management consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers before moving to the commercial sector where he focused on tactical cost reduction.
He served on the boards of a rapidly expanding telecoms company and then one of the country’s largest cost reduction consultancies before establishing Nelson La Rochelle.
Philip is also a full member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (‘MCIPS’).
He personally directs all assignments. In this way we ensure that we apply the highest standards of professionalism to all of our work, whether it be working with clients to reduce overhead costs or to produce operational cost savings.
Staffing
We use a combination of permanent, associate and contracting staff to carry out assignments depending on the nature and complexity of each project and particular client needs. Although staff are qualified primarily by experience, many also have formal, relevant qualifications (for example MCIPS).
